The Process

Step 1. Choose a design

Browse our online ranges. Remember that we can customize and design to suit you. Just contact us!

Step 2. Place your stationary order

Once you have decided on your invitations, you can order at any time using our online shopping cart. Select “add to cart” on the product description page, enter your quantities (minimum order of 20) and make sure you have chosen your preferred option where drop down boxes are applicable. Then follow the directions in the online shopping cart. Full payment is due at the time of placing your order and can be made by credit/debit card (PayPal) or Direct deposit. Once you have entered your personal details on the first page of the checkout and selected your payment method, you will be redirected to a page to make payment.

Step 3. Email us

Email us the wording you would like to have in your invitations. If you have chosen to pay extra for guest names, send us a guest list as well. It is your responsibility to ensure correct spelling and grammar. We will then put together a proof.

Step 4. Receive your proof

You can expect to receive your proof via email within 5 working days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to check for spelling and grammar. Please take your time!!! Lucid Moments is not responsible for any errors that are not detected by the client during the proofing process. If there are errors please let us know via email and we will fix them and send you an amended proof. If it is to your satisfaction email us to let us know of your approval and production will commence! If you make changes after printing has commenced you may be charged additional fees.

Step 5. Your order is designed, hand manufactured, printed and shipped.

We will contact you once your order is ready to ship with tracking details. Once we have received your proof approval, you can expect your invitations within 3-4 weeks. Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, please contact us if you would like a more precise turnaround estimate.
